Ways you can help us....
Do you enjoy using our site and forum?
Have you been informed, amused, amazed, moved and most of all entertained? Are you sympathetic to our cause which is to establish a growing and permanent archive of historical facts and personal memories relating to Birmingham? If so, would you like to help support the Birmingham History Network? There are several ways, and here's how.... Make a Donation Why The site is expensive to run and is funded soley by the webmaster (Keith Birch) and by donations from the community. It is a hobby run site and all funds are channelled back into the cost of site upkeep and maintenance. How Much By definition, to donate is to: present a gift, grant or contribution as to a fund or cause. No donation, big or small is overlooked. We do not require you to donate any amount. Every penny helps, and if you wish to make a donation, we ask you to choose the amount you want to give. If you are unable to give a donation, thats fine too. We do not require any form of payment for access to this site and there are no plans to make this a requirement in the future. How You can send us a donation via PayPal by using our donations page, or you can send a cheque, postal order or cash via the post, again details are listed on our donations page. Spread the Word Tell your friends, email them a link to the site or if you see a thread which you feel may be of interest to them, click the Email Thread button on the particular page. Dont leave them out in the cold any longer! Bring them in to the family that this community has become. Contributions Suggestions Do you have a suggestion on ways in which we could improve the forum? Every comment is gratefully received and considered, and whilst we may not reply to all that are sent in, they are all read! If you wish to send us a suggestion please use the contact us page. Written Contributions If you have information or memories about Birmingham which no-one else might otherwise know, post them in the forum for the enlightenment and pleasure of hundreds of others. Doing so will add to the archive of knowledge this site is building for future generations to read. To all those who already support us in so many ways, a big thankyou to you all. |
